Free trial — cancel anytime, no charge
Cancel within 48 hours — full refund, monthly plans
Cancel within 7 days — full refund, annual plans
1. Overview
TrustShip is committed to being fair and transparent about our refund policy. This page explains what happens if you are charged and want a refund.
Currently TrustShip is free during Early Access — no charges apply and no refund policy is active. This policy will come into effect when paid subscription plans are introduced.
We will notify all users at least 30 days before any charges apply.
2. Early Access Period (Current)
TrustShip is completely free during Early Access.
- No credit card required
- No charges of any kind
- No refund needed — nothing is charged
- This policy will be updated when paid plans launch
3. Subscription Plans (When Introduced)
When TrustShip introduces paid subscription plans, the following refund policy will apply:
3a. Free Trial
- All plans will include a free trial period
- No charges during free trial
- You can cancel anytime during trial — no questions asked
- No refund needed as no payment is taken during trial
3b. Monthly Subscriptions
- You are billed at the start of each monthly billing cycle
- If you cancel within 48 hours of being charged — full refund, no questions asked
- If you cancel after 48 hours — no refund for current billing cycle, access continues until cycle ends
- No partial or pro-rata refunds for unused days
3c. Annual Subscriptions
- You are billed upfront for the full year
- If you cancel within 7 days of annual charge — full refund, no questions asked
- If you cancel between 7–30 days — pro-rata refund for remaining months, minus one month
- If you cancel after 30 days — no refund, access continues until annual period ends
3d. What Is Not Refundable
- Any months already used
- Setup or onboarding fees if applicable
- Charges from third party services (Meta WhatsApp API conversation charges etc.)
- Accounts terminated for violating Terms of Service
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund when paid plans are active:
- Email contact@trustship.site with subject: “Refund Request — [Your Account Email]”
- Include your reason for cancellation
- We will respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method via Razorpay
We do not require lengthy justification — if you are within the refund window, we will process it.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand things happen. Outside standard refund windows, we consider refunds in genuine exceptional cases:
- Serious technical failure on TrustShip's side preventing service use
- Duplicate charge due to payment error
- Charge after confirmed cancellation

6. Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription:
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard under Settings → Subscription
- Cancellation stops future charges immediately
- Access continues until end of current billing period
- No penalty for cancellation at any time
- Early Access users can simply stop using the platform — no cancellation needed as no charges apply
7. Payment Method
All payments and refunds are processed via Razorpay. Refunds go back to the original payment method:
- UPI — 1–3 business days
- Credit/Debit card — 5–7 business days
- Net banking — 3–5 business days
TrustShip does not hold or transfer refunds via any other method.
