1. Shipping partner
TrustShip does not operate courier services directly. Sellers ship orders using their preferred logistics providers.
2. Serviceable areas
- Coverage depends on the courier selected by the seller
- Address quality checks help flag risky or unclear delivery addresses
- Sellers are responsible for confirming final serviceability before shipping
3. Shipping modes
- Surface shipping (default)
- Delivery typically within 3–7 business days
- Express options may be available depending on courier availability
4. Tracking
- Tracking depends on the courier used by the seller
- TrustShip focuses on order capture and verification, not live courier tracking
- Sellers should share courier tracking details directly with buyers
5. COD orders
- COD collection is handled by the courier selected by the seller
- Remittance timelines follow the seller-courier agreement
- COD policies depend on the logistics provider in use
6. Failed deliveries & RTO
- Up to three delivery attempts before RTO
- Seller is notified when an order returns (RTO)
- Return shipping charges depend on courier terms
7. Shipping charges
- Shipping charges are separate from TrustShip fees
- They are charged by the seller's chosen courier
- Rates depend on weight, dimensions, and destination
